Orders placed on this website are charged immediately.
Shipments are process on normal business days Monday-Friday except observed holidays. Order placed during the weekend will processed the following Monday. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after submitting an order. You may request a cancellation of your order only if it has not been processed. XFX Reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Upon a cancelation, you will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 5-7 business days. XFX is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees.
XFX only ships to the continental U.S.XFX Does not ship to:
• Forwarding Companies
• APO/FPO Addresses
• Stores with shipping mailboxes (UPS Store)
• P.O Boxes
• Non-Standard addresses
Currently XFX requires shipping and billing addresses to match, additionally direct signature will be a requirement on any orders.
XFX only accepts credit cards from the USA, no international payment methods are accepted.
If any address is not verifiable or does not match, XFX may cancel and refund your order.
Sales tax is required by state law in certain states. If required, you will be charged according to your local tax rate.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at the time of purchase. XFX will not be held responsible for mis-delivered or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Orders returned to undeliverable or refused will be refunded upon arriving back at XFX. Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. In the event an order is lost in transit and is not a result of incorrect address information, XFX will process an insurance claim on the shipment. Investigations may take 7-14 days.
In the event of a pricing error, or incorrect production information due to typographical error, XFX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products with the incorrect price or information. XFX reserves the right to cancel these orders whether nor has not your credit card already been charged.
Love your www.xfxforce.com purchase or return it within 30 days for a refund. The 30-day period is calculated from your invoice date. Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your XFX invoice. Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Exceptions to XFX's standard return policy still apply, and certain products are not eligible for return at any time. Products must be returned for a refund must be in “like-new” condition, with all packaging and accessories.
• All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA # can be obtained by contacting XFX .
• Products should be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
• Packaging UPC label, serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label must not be removed.
Products not purchased directly from www.xfxforce.com directly must be returned to the original retailer the product was purchased from. Those retailers own return policy will apply.
