Shipping Information

All XFX Store orders are shipped via Federal Express. The total shipping fees are quoted in the shopping cart, prior to submission of your final order request and may vary based on destination and product.

The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are emailed before 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.  Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

The tracking number that is issued for your order may not be accessible immediately after distribution if the package is still in the receiving system for FedEx.

Currently XFX Online Store will not accept orders outside of the United States or US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Wake Island and standard P.O., APO, FPO, DPO Box addresses.

All free shipping offer is via FedEx Ground and shipping destinations are limited to XFX Online Store's shipping policy listed above.

Weekday orders are shipped out within 24 to 48 hours. Orders received during weekends will be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.
